At Cleo e Teo, we want every piece to feel personal, intentional, and perfect for you. If something isn’t quite right, our return and exchange policy is designed to stay fair, transparent, and aligned with Lebanese consumer protection law — while preserving the integrity of our handcrafted jewelry. 

Shipping Times
Lebanon:
• Orders are delivered within 2–4 working days.
International Shipping:
• Global delivery will be available soon.
Stay tuned for updates across our website and social channels.
We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding Lebanese public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are handled on the next business day.

Cash on Delivery (Lebanon only)
Available for all domestic orders.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Your satisfaction means everything to us.
Every Cleo e Teo piece goes through strict quality control, but if your order arrives defective or damaged, we’re here to assist.
 
Return / Exchange Request Window
A return may be requested only if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Returns must meet the following conditions:
• Initiated within 5 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Free of scratches, marks, or signs of wear, and must include original packaging, jewelry pouch/box, tags, and proof of purchase
• Customer must provide photo or video evidence of the defect or damage
Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer and will not be eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

Refund Procedure
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
• If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method
• Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer
• If applicable, exchanges may also be offered (based on item availability)
 
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene, customization, and production reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
•    Earrings
•    Custom, engraved, resized, or made-to-order pieces
•    Final sale or heavily discounted items
(These will be clearly marked “Final Sale – no returns except for defects”)
Important Notes
• Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, or general dissatisfaction.
• Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our side or a confirmed defective product.
